How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to all messages within 1–3 business days. Feature requests and tool suggestions may take longer as we evaluate them.
I found a bug — what information should I include?
Please include the tool name, what you were trying to do, the input text you used, and your browser and operating system. A screenshot helps too if you can attach one.
Can I suggest a new text tool?
Absolutely — tool suggestions are always welcome. Select 'Tool suggestion' as the subject and describe what the tool would do. We read every request.
Do you offer an API?
Not currently. All our tools are browser-based by design, which means there's no server-side processing to expose as an API. If this is something you need, let us know via the contact form.
